Client: Nova Scotia Young Liberals

The Nova Scotia Young Liberals called me when they decided their old look was too old. They wanted fresher, more modern, more vibrant—younger. We kicked it off with a logo.

The logo needed to represent the Liberals, youth, and Nova Scotia. And using blue was absolutely out of the question! After going through many different iterations, they settled on this logo, which uses a stylized "YL" in order to form a free-form sailboat. We then moved on to their website redesign.
